Tenants pay rent-geared-to-income base on 30% of the total gross household income unless they are on income support, AISH, etc.
Tenants are required to pay their own electricity, phone and cable tv.

All residents are required to provide a current Government of Canada Notice of Assessment annually.
The total annual income must be below the Core Needs Income Threshold.
Assets need to be below $25,000.
Each resident is required to sign and follow a Fixed term lease.
