MANDATE
The Claresholm Housing Authority mandate is to provide affordable housing for low income families and low income, independent seniors 65+ in Claresholm, Alberta. Tenants pay rent-geared-to-income based on 30% of the total gross household income before taxes.
MISSION
Our Mission is to provide housing designated to meet the affordability, adequate and suitability needs of low-income families and independent seniors in Claresholm.
