Family Housing 4

• Family housing is for low-income families with children under the age of 18 living in the unit. 

• Family Housing 4 includes 2 mobile homes that were built in 1974 and 1978.

• These mobile homes are three bedroom renovated units. 

• The three bedrooms units are 1100 sq feet and 1440 sq feet.

• Tenants pay rent-geared-to-income base on 30% of the total gross household income unless they are on income support, AISH, etc.

• Tenants are required to pay their own electricity, phone and cable tv.

• Pet and smoke free environment.

• All residents are required to provide a current Government of Canada Notice of Assessment annually.

• The total annual income must be below the Core Needs Income Threshold.

• Assets need to be below $25,000.

• Each resident will sign and follow a Fixed term lease.

• Claresholm Housing Authority has the right to refuse an applicant.
